Brian's plan is to construct a new downtown fire station and establish a new "South-of-the-Tracks" substation to improve response times for all residents.
New Recreation and Wellness HubÂ
We will launch the fundraising campaign needed to create a new Recreation and Wellness Hub in partnership with our valued health, recreation, and community organizations, ensuring a modern, accessible facility that serves residents for generations to come.
Growth with Purpose
We will address the housing affordability plan and collaborate with regional and private sector partners to bring real affordability to Brighton's housing dilemma.
Enhancing Community Transportation
We have removed licensing fees for taxi and ride-share providers to incentivize new opportunities. We continue to work with Quinte Transit to strengthen consistent, reliable routes in the community. My goal is to ensure that there are no barriers to accessing the services, jobs, and social connections in Brighton.
